We are living in a society where we are going, going, going all of the time.  We aim to achieve goals and obtain new, more “things”.  Sometimes this may take us further from the connection to ourselves.  Today we talk about how to navigate being vs doing; using the way we feel to guide what we do.  We will explore which is the driver of your actions, motivation or inspiration.  We will offer some strategies to be able to tune into and understand the difference between those two things.   We hope you enjoy!
