Happiness is something we all talk about and want to have.  This time of year especially we are all looking to feel happy.  Today we talk about the premise of happiness and how being aware of our thoughts and emotions can help us to be happy. It is in the shifting of focus, the surrendering, and the awareness that helps us feel happy on a day-to-day basis.  Gotta want to do the work.  We help us all with that here.
