Most of us experience “splitting energy” on a regular basis.  We are feeling good about something one moment and then in the next moment we think about that same thing in a negative way.  This is called splitting energy.  Today we talk about this and how to slow down this process.  It may never go away completely, but we can use our awareness to help bring our thoughts back to what feels best.  We really enjoyed recording this episode.
