Today we visit about relationships with partners. We all tend to have ideals about our partners in relationships. We also sometimes try to change or control our partner. But if we are focused on our relationships with ourselves, we can see our partner in a more positive manner. And we musn’t forget that the best way to practice love with ourselves is our mindfulness practices. We loved this conversation and we hope you do too!
