How do we navigate work within the context of emotional awareness? This is an important question to consider because we spend 80% of our lives at work. In Part 2 of our Whistle While You Work series we talk about the term resilience and how we have resilience working with others in addition to deadlines and work expectations. We chat about self-compassion and how this leads to greater resilience and productivity at work. We also talk about the emotional guidance scale so that we can reframe how we think about deadlines.
