This episode was about being aware of an emotion that didn’t feel good, taking that awareness, and then shifting to another emotion by choosing to feel good about something else. We can all practice this in the flow of life. Jennifer was experiencing some emotions and we discussed how she was able to be aware of the emotion and then switch her thoughts to something that felt better rather than letting this emotion snowball into worse feeling emotions. We think it is a practice you can do every day. Remember it is a practice. Enjoy.
