Did you know there is actually research that suggests words can change your brain? If you, over time, have sustained positive thoughts (using positive words) your functions in the brain start to change. Positivity helps train our brains to see good in others and ourselves. This simple act can change the way we perceive our life journey. Today we take a few words and explore our emotional attachments (or lack thereof) to them and discuss how we can establish positive emotions with these words. Enjoy!
